Making them look and feel good

Something thrilling happened today. It’s not the first time I’ve had this experience, but nonetheless I’ve not gotten over the exhilarating feeling.

I have a close family friend who buys certain food supplements from me. I remember that I had to practically force him to start on my products – I really insisted that he buy some out of genuine concern for him. This was because, at that time he kept complaining about fatigue and exhaustion, as well as recurrent feverish conditions, which in our environment is often attributed to malaria (leading regular folk to visit pharmacies to purchase various over-the-counter antimalarials and antipyretics).

Well, I had advised him to look at his nutrition, rest and exercise. And since starting on the food supplements I recommended (grain concentrates, carotenoids, omega-3 and aloe vera) he’s been feeling pretty good.

But that’s not all. A few weeks ago, he “complained” that his wife was raiding his supply of supplements, to which I advised that he purchase enough for both of them. This afternoon, he visited me in my office, telling me that since his wife started taking those products, she was more radiant, vivacious and actually looked younger. In fact, he said colleagues and acquaintances had made similar remarks about the obvious change in her (not knowing what she was on!).

I thank God for such testimonials. It makes me feel we’re doing something to empower families with knowledge and products that make a positive difference towards enhancing their physical and mental well-being.

More to come on this space…
